Vanessa Grek is a media executive, journalist, and entrepreneur based in New York City. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, she began her career in journalism and went on to work at Univision, TheStreet, and Bloomberg, building a career across journalism, video, digital media, and storytelling.
 

Her work has taken her from newsrooms to international stages, including serving as a United Nations delegate, and projects she worked on during her time at Univision 62 were nominated for a Lone Star Emmy.

Over time, Vanessa expanded her work beyond journalism and into entrepreneurship. She founded Raccoon Eyes Media, where she works with companies across media, content, social strategy, SEO, and digital growth, as well as ChefXperience, a platform connecting people through food and culinary experiences.
 

She also serves as Executive Director of New York Female Founders, supporting women entrepreneurs through community, events, visibility, and access to resources.

Today, Vanessa lives and works in New York City, bringing together her background in journalism, storytelling, media strategy, and entrepreneurship to build companies, grow brands, and create meaningful work.
